A Notable Absence of Chinese Phone Systems

The phone systems market is awash with foreign competitors but there appears to be a big hole where one of the biggest countries in the world should be.

China is famous for many things; paper, noodles, a lack of democracy and no regard for human rights but they are also not a producer of phone systems.

This mantra seems to have been swallowed up by their neighbours in Korea and other South East Asia locations.

It’s not as if the density of the place cannot produce phone systems, there is more than a billion of them on the planet in a solitary space, they just don’t assemble them and if they do they have them all for themselves or they are plain dodgy.

It is strange they do not want to compete in this global trading as they have the monopoly on a lot of other products. UK-based manufacturing would be akin to what it was in the Industrial Revolution had they not decided to build everything over there.

But cheap labour has not welcomed in phone systems as yet although it could well be on the cards for them.

They are not alone in not only failing to make phone systems as they don’t seem to have a booming car industry even though its cities are the most populated on earth and you can’t move for smog in some places.

Companies such as Samsung and Phillips have a stranglehold on phone systems and they are among an elite set of firms who have the technical know how and the technology at their fingertips to keep it out of the reach of their Asian counterparts.

But who knows what is going to happen in possibly the planet’s most secret dwelling, maybe they are planning to launch phone systems which will be the greatest product ever.
